&5&6(Moving diagonally forward to between 10 and 11:00) on ball of left step next to right, cross right over left, on ball of left step next to right, cross right over left

7Dig left heel in front (same diagonal as ball crosses), leaning body back, lifting hands to head height and looking back over left shoulder

8Hold

(RIGHT) SIDE SKIP, HOLD, SIDE SKIP, HOLD, ½ LEFT TURNING SAILOR, ½ LEFT TURNING JAZZ BOX (12:00)

&1-2Bring left back and step onto it, place right to right, keeping weight central hold

&3-4Step left next to right, place right to right, keeping weight central hold

5Turning ½ turn left on ball of right, swing and step left behind right

&6Step right next to left, step left next to right

7Turning ½ turn left on ball of left, swing and step right in front of left

&8Step left next to right, step right next to left

For the more advance dancer the skips can be done as body rolls!. Single claps can be inserted on the "holds", especially for the country version!

ROCK LEFT IN FRONT OF RIGHT, RECOVER ONTO RIGHT, LEFT BALL CROSS, STEP, 1 ¼ TURN RIGHT STEPPING RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT, TOUCH LEFT (3:00)

1-2-Rock left in front of right, recover back onto right,

&3-4Step onto ball of left beside right, cross right in front of left, step left out to left (largish step)

5-6-7(Moving right) ¼ turn right stepping right forward, ½ right stepping left back, ½ right stepping right forward

8Touch (or tap) left next to right
