5,6step 1/4 left on R (bringing L arms over lady’s head), sway hips L
7,8sway hips R, step 1/4 left on L

Shuffle Forward, Shuffle Forward, Windmill turn or four shuffles forward
1&2shuffle forward R, L, R
3&4shuffle forward L, R, L (prepping the lady)
5&6shuffle ½ turn L stepping R, L, R (drop L arms, bring R arms over lady’s head)
7&8shuffle ½ turn L stepping L, R, L (drop R arms, bring L arms over lady’s head)

1/2 turn, shuffle, walk or lady turn, shuffle
1,2step forward R, turn ½ turn L stepping on L (bring R arm over lady’s head)
NOTE: now facing BLOD in hammerlock position, L arms in front, R arms behind)

5man; step L forward (dropping R arms and leading lady into ½ turn with L arms)
 lady; step L forward while turning ½ turn R
6man; step R forward (bringing L arms to lady’s L shoulder)
