18Right leg bends at the knee bringing the lower leg up until it is parallel to the dance floor, it will cross the left leg in the front with the toes pointing down

19Right toe touches to the right

20Left foot pivot ¼ turn to the left and right leg bends at the knee bringing the thigh up until it is parallel to the dance floor and then cross in front of the left leg with the toes pointing down
