13&14Making ½ hinge-turn step right to right, step left beside right
14Making ¼ turn right step forward on right (now facing 9 0'clock)
15-16Step forward on left, pivot ½ turn right transferring weight to right (facing 3:00)
If you find the hinge shuffles too fast, just toe strut them instead
