VINE ¼ TURN, ROCKING CHAIR
9-10Step to side on left, cross right behind left
11-12¼ turn left on left, scuff forward on right. (return to sweetheart)
13-14Rock forward on right, recover weight on left
15-16Rock back on right, recover weight on left
