7 - 8 Touch L to L,step L foot next to R [wt.on L]  
 
Section 2 2 x RIGHT HEEL HITCH & LOCK STEP FORWARD 
1 - 2 Touch R heel forward in front of L, Hitch & Hold  
3 - 4 Touch R heel forward in front of L, Hitch & Hold 
5 - 6 Step forward on R, Lock Left behind Right,  
7 - 8 Step Forward onto Right.Hold
