1-2Step forward left, turn right knee in and drag right toe tip forward,

3-4Step forward right, turn left knee in and drag left toe tip forward

&5Step out, out-left, right

6Step left next to right

7Starting a ½ turn, step right back with toe turned inward,

8Completing the ½ turn, step left back/left with toe turned toward 6:00

1-2Kick right forward, stomp right foot slightly apart from left,

3Hold

4Rap right heel hard on floor (pick up heel and stomp it back down)

5-6Kick right forward, cross right over left,

7-8Step side left, cross right behind left

1-2Kick left forward, cross left behind right,

3-4Step side right, cross left over right

5-6Touch right heel side, cross and touch right over left,

7-8Touch right heel side, cross and touch right over left

This can also be done with a twisting action with weight on the left foot throughout

1-2Walk forward right, walk forward left

3-4Step forward with right and turn ½ left, step in place with left

5Starting a full turn left, step right forward turning more than ¼ left

6Keeping left leg straight and with a slight lift off the right foot (a very low hop), turn left completing the full turn

7Step forward left

8Step forward right turning ½ to left

REPEAT
