3 – 4swivel (heel to right), recover

5 – 8step right side, cross left behind, step right forward ¼ turn right, scuff left

Section 3: PIVOT TURN, HEEL TOUCH, SCUFF
1 – 4step left side, step right side ½ turn left, step right side ½ turn left, scuff right

5 – 6heel touch right forward, heel touch right forward
