9&10Step right to right side, close left beside right, step right to right side

11-12Rock back on left, rock forward on right

13&14Step left to left side, close right beside left, step left to left side

15-16Cross right foot over left, unwind ½ turn left (weight on left foot)

KICK BALL TOUCH, HEEL JACK, TOE SWITCHES, CROSS, UNWIND ½ TURN
