A: CROSS ROCK STEP, SHUFFLE, CROSS ROCK, SHUFFLE
1-2Cross right over left, recover weight left
3&4Step right to side, slide left beside right (&), step right beside to side
5-6Cross left over right, recover weight on right
7&8Step left to side, slide right beside left (&), step left to side
Optional: part 3&4-5-6-7&8. You could do a complete turn right. ¼ turn right with right foot on the count of 4.
Step forward left, pivot ½ turn right weight on right. Side shuffle with ¼ turn right to be facing back the original wall.
Repeat A part 3 more times

B: ROCK STEP, SHUFFLE, ROCK STEP SHUFFLE
1-2Step right backward, recover weight on left
3&4Step right forward, slide left beside right (&), step right forward
5-6Step forward left, recover weight on right
7&8Step left forward, slide right beside left (&), step left forward
Optional: part 5-6-7&8. You could do a complete turn right. Step forward left, pivot ½ turn right (5-6), forward shuffle while finishing turning ½ turn right (7&8) than back to original wall.
