RIGHT TWINKLE, CROSS LEFT OVER RIGHT, TOUCH RIGHT TOE TO RIGHT SIDE, HOLD
13-15Right twinkle (cross right over left, step back on left, step right next to left)
16-18Cross left foot over right, touch right toe to right side, hold
19-21Reverse right twinkle(or sailor) (cross right behind left, step left to left, step right next to left)
22-24Cross left behind right, point right to right side, hold
