9-12Kick left foot forward, step on ball of left foot next to right foot and step right foot next to left foot (kick ball change), stomp left foot forward, hold the position and clap

13-16Kick right leg forward, step on ball of right foot next to left foot and step left foot next to right foot (kick ball change), stomp right foot forward and hold the position and clap
