4 HEEL JACKS, ¼ TURN, FULL PADDLE TURN
25&26Step back left, right heel forward and step together
27&28Back right ¼ turn left, left heel forward, together
29-32Pivot full turn on ball of left while paddling with right for 4 counts, clicking fingers
