1-2-3Long step forward with left foot at slight angle over right, hold for two counts

4-5-6Step back onto right foot, together with left foot, slightly forward with right foot

1-2-3Step forward on left foot, make ¼ turn to right onto right foot, cross left foot over right

4-5-6Step back with right foot, drag left foot along-side of right making a ½ turn on the heels of both feet (weight is transferred onto left foot) step forward on right toe

1-2-3Step forward on left foot, lock right foot behind left, step forward on left

4-5-6Step forward on right foot, lock left foot behind right, step forward on right
