UP, DOWN, IN & AROUND (FORWARD, FORWARD INTO ½ TURN, ½ TURN, FORWARD)

1Step forward on ball of right (heel up as though you are wearing very high heeled shoes), pushing right hip forward

2Bringing right hip down, in & around, step down on right

3Step forward on ball of left (hell up as though you are wearing very high heeled shoes), pushing left hip forward

4Bring left hip down, in & around step down on left

5On ball of left, pivot ½ turn left (6:00)

6Keeping weight on left, push "bum" into the air (right left extended back, heel up)

7On ball of right, pivot ½ turn left (12:00), stepping forward on ball of left (heel up as though you are wearing very high heeled shoes)

8Keeping weight on right, push left hip forward

SYNCOPATED SHORT STEPS FORWARD

&9Step down on left, step forward on right

&Keeping right forward of left, step slightly forward on left

10Step forward on right

&Keeping right forward of left, step slightly forward on left

11Step forward on right

&Keeping right forward of left, step slightly forward on left

12Step forward on right

LONG STEP, ½ TURN, LONG STEP

13Stepping left long step out to left swaying upper body over left

14Straightening up, bring weight to right

&On ball of right make ½ turn (6:00), hitching left

15Step left long step out to left

16Keeping weight on left, right toe pointed and leg extended slide right toward left (double width apart)

BEHIND & CROSS

17Step back on right behind left

&Step left small step to left

18Cross step right over left

19Touch (point) left toe out to side

20On ball of right, keeping left toe touching floor, make ¾ turn to left (left leg will be crossed over right)

PRANCING PONY

21Step forward on ball of left

&Step forward on bal of right (behind left)

22Step forward on ball of left

&Step forward on bal of right (behind left)

23Step forward on ball of left

&Step forward on ball of right (behind left)
