[1 – 8] BODY ROLL RIGHT, BODY ROLL LEFT, ½ TURN LEFT, LEFT SAILOR STEP
1 - 2Body roll to the right, popping L knee, taking weight onto the R foot

3 - 4Body roll to the left, popping R knee, taking weight onto the L foot

5 - 6Pushing off with the ball of the L foot make a ½ turn over L shoulder (weight on R)

7 & 8Cross L behind R, step R to R side, step L in place

[9 – 16] BODY ROLL RIGHT, BODY ROLL LEFT, ½ TURN LEFT, LEFT SAILOR STEP
1 - 2Body roll to the right, popping L knee, taking weight onto the R foot

3 - 4Body roll to the left, popping R knee, taking weight onto the L foot
