STEP DRAG, ROCK BACK, RECOVER, 1/4 RIGHT, STEP, PIVOT 1/2 RIGHT
1-4Big step to left, drag right foot left, rock back on right foot, recover on left

5-6Step right foot forward, making a 1/4 turn right, step left foot forward

7-8Pivot 1/2 turn right, return weight on right foot, step forward on left foot

TWINKLE RIGHT, TWINKLE LEFT WITH HOLDS
1-2Step right foot in front of left foot, hold

3-4Step left foot to left side, step right foot next to left foot

5-6Step left foot in front of right foot, hold

7-8Step right foot to right side, step left foot next to right foot

WEAVE BACK, 1/4 TURN LEFT, 1/4 TURN LEFT
