Styling note: bend left knee in slightly as you rock left doing the same right. This will push your hips in the opposite direction

3&4Step right forward, step left behind right, step right forward (you will naturally move on slightly right angle)

5-6Rock left to left, recover weight right

7&8Step left forward, step right behind left, step left forward

PIVOT ½ LEFT, RUN FORWARD, SIDE TOUCHES, ¼ PIVOT LEFT

1-2Step right forward, pivot ½ turn left sliding left back to right taking weight on left

3&4Quickly walk (run) forward right, left, touch right to right

5-8Step right behind left touch left to left, step left in front of right, pivot ¼ turn left touching right back

HEEL & HEEL, HEEL & TOE, RIGHT SLIDE TO FRONT, SYNCOPATED HIP PUSH

1&2Touch right heel forward, step right beside left, touch left heel forward

3&4Touch left heel forward, step left beside right, touch right toe back

5&6Slide right forward beside left, hitch right knee slightly, touch right forward flat on the floor

&7&8Keeping weight on left push hips forward right, back left, forward right, back left

FORWARD MAMBO, BACK MAMBO, SIDE SHUFFLE, FULL TURN LEFT

1&2Rock right forward, recover weight left, step right beside left

3&4Rock left back, recover weight right, step left beside right

5&6Step right to right, step left beside right, step right to right

7-8Step left behind right, unwind ¾ turn left stepping weight onto left foot
