13-14Step forward & slightly left on right, scoot on right slightly hitching left knee (cheating a little left, as you start into ¾ turn left)
15&16Finishing the ¾ turn left, shuffle, stepping left, right, left

SIDE, BEHIND, QUICK SIDE, SIDE, TOGETHER, HEEL, BALL, STEP, SIDE ROCK, STEP SIDE
17-18Step right to right, step left behind right
&19-20Quickly step right to right, step left to left, step right beside left
For styling you can put right arm out to side with palm up, like "Stop!" on the &19
21&22Touch left heel forward, quickly step left in place, step forward right
23-24Rock left to left, step right slightly right (feet shoulder width apart)

BEND KNEES, HEEL BOUNCES, SHAKES, KICK, BALL, STEP, STEP, SCUFF HITCH
&25&26Bend knees bringing heels off floor, bounce heels, bend knees bringing heels off floor, step down on heels (lots of attitude on &25&26, hands and arms down at sides and look left for train)
27&28&Stick your backside out and bump hips, left, right, left, right
29&30Kick left forward, quickly step left in place, step right slightly forward
31-32Step forward left, scuff right forward slightly hitching right knee
