FORWARD SHUFFLES, ROCK STEPS, RECOVER STEPS
1&2Shuffle forward left, right, left
3-4Rock right forward, recover on left
5&6Shuffle forward, right left, right
7-8Rock left forward, recover on right

STEP-LOCKS, FORWARD SHUFFLES
1-2Step left diagonally forward, lock right behind left
3&4Shuffle forward left, right, left
5-6Step right diagonally forward, lock left behind right
7&8Shuffle forward right, left, right

ROCK STEPS, RECOVER STEPS, CROSS SHUFFLES
1-2Rock left to side, recover on right
3&4Cross left over right, step right to side, cross left over right
5-6Rock right to side, recover on left
7&8Cross right over left, step left to side, cross right over left

¼ TURN TO THE RIGHT, SHUFFLE TURNING ½ TO THE RIGHT, ROCK, RECOVER, FORWARD SHUFFLE
Couple will drop left hands and start raising right hands

1-2Step left forward, turn ½ right and step right back
Couple will raise right hands as will go over lady's head and back in sweetheart position
3&4Turn ¼ right and step left forward, turn ¼ right and step right to side, step left together
5-6Rock right back, recover on left
7&8Shuffle forward right, left, right

REPEAT
