TOE, HEEL, STOMP, HOLD; BACK, SIDE, STOMP, HOLD

1-2Touch right toe next to left foot, touch right heel next to left foot

3-4Stomp right foot next to left foot, hold

5-6Touch left toe straight back, touch left heel to left side

7-8Stomp left foot next to right foot, hold

FORWARD & ROCK BACK, STOMP TOGETHER; BACK & ROCK FORWARD, STOMP TOGETHER; TOUCH, TOUCH, BACK, ¼ TURN

1&Step forward on right foot, rock back on left foot

2Stomp right foot next to left foot

3&Step back on left foot, rock forward on right foot

7Touch back on the ball of the right foot, keeping weight of left foot
