1 2&Step right forward to right diagonal, lock left behind right, step right forward to right diagonal.

3 4&Step left forward to left diagonal, lock right behind the left, step left forward to left diagonal.

5 6Rock forward on right, recover weight onto left.

7&8Step back on right, step left beside right, step right forward.

Section 2 – (Syncopated Monterey ¼ Turn Left, Walk Forward) x2.
1&2Point left toe to left side, step left beside right making a quarter turn left, point right toe to right side.

&3 4Step right beside left, walk forward Left, Right

5&6Point left toe to left side, step left beside right making a quarter turn left, point right toe to right side.

&7 8Step right next to left, walk forward Left, Right

Section 3 – (Forward Rock, Shuffle ½ Turn) x2.
1 2Rock forward on left, recover weight onto right.

3&4Make a half turn left stepping on left, right, left.

1 2&Rock left to left side, recover weight onto right, step left beside right.

3 4Rock right to right side, recover the weight onto left.

5 6Cross right over left, step back on left.
