1&2&Touch right heel forward; step right in place; touch left heel forward; step left beside right

3&4Kick right forward; step right in place; step left beside right

5-8Right step to right side; cross left behind right; right step to right side; touch left beside right

ROMPS; HIP PUSHES

&1Step left in place; touch right heel to 1:00

&2Step right in place; touch left beside right

&3Step left in place; touch right heel to 1:00

&4Step right in place; step left 6 inches to left of right (weight even)

5&6Push hips right, center, right

7&8Push hips left, center, left

CROSS BALL CROSS; HOLD; BALL CROSS; DOLPHIN ROLLS

1&2Cross right over left; step left back; cross right over left (weight right)

3Hold

&4Step left back; cross right over left

5&6Left step to left side; slide right up to left; touch left to left side (rolling hips)

7&8Left step to left side; slide right up to left; touch left to left side (rolling hips)

SAILOR STEPS; KICK; BALL TOE CHANGES

1&2Cross left behind right; step right to right side; step left in place

3&4Cross right behind left; step left to left side; step right in place

5&6Kick left forward; step left in place; (turning knee in) touch left toe to right instep

&7Step right in place; (turning knee in) touch left toe to right instep

&8Step left in place; (turning knee in) touch right toe to left instep

¼ TURNS; STEP BALL CHANGES

1-2Right step forward; pivot ¼ turn left; step left beside right

3-4Right step forward; pivot ¼ turn left; step left beside right
