7-8Hook left heel to right knee, touch left heel forward

9-10Step left to left side, cross right behind left

11-12Step left to left side, scuff right beside left

13-14Tap right heel forward twice

15-16Hook right heel to left knee, touch right heel forward

RIGHT SHUFFLE FORWARD, ROCK STEP, ½ PIVOT RIGHT

17&18Step forward right, close left beside right, step forward right

19-20Rock forward on left, rock back onto right

21-22Rock back on left, rock forward onto right

23-24Step forward left, pivot ½ turn right

LEFT SHUFFLE FORWARD, STEP OUT OUT, ¼ TURN RIGHT

25&26Step forward left, close right beside left, step forward left

27-28Step right out to right side, step left out to left side

Feet should be shoulder width apart

29-30Place right hand over heart, place left hand over right hand

31With weight on left make ¼ turn right lifting right toe and straighten arms pushing them forward away from body

32Hold foot position and pull hands in towards body over heart area
