&1-2Flick right foot behind left leg making ¼ turn right, step right forward, step left forward

3&Jump feet apart, jump right to center lifting left foot slightly behind right leg

4&Jump feet apart, jump left to center lifting right foot slightly behind left leg

5&Rock right forward, step left on spot making ½ turn to right

6&Step right forward, step left forward

7&8Step right together, bounce heels on floor twice in place (slightly bending knees)

1&2Rock right to right, step left on spot, step right together with left

&3Twist heels to left making ¼ turn right (end with weight on left), kick right forward

&4&Step right together with left, touch left toe back, click fingers forward

5&6Touch left toe forward, bounce left heel on floor twice (taking weight on left)

7&8Touch right toe forward, bounce right heel on floor twice (taking weight on right)

1&2Rock left forward, step right on spot, step left slightly back

3&4Rock right back, step left on spot, step right slightly forward

5&6Step left forward, make ¼ turn to right then step right to right, step left over right

7&8Hold, step right to right, step left over right

&1Step right slightly back, touch left heel forward at 45*

&2Step left on spot, step right over left

&3Step left slightly back, touch right heel forward at 45*

&4Step right on spot, step left slightly forward

5-6Rock right forward, step left on spot

&7-8Make ½ turn to right, step right forward, step left together
