SCISSOR STEPS ;1/4 TURN-KICK; COASTER STEP
17 & 18Right scissor step(rock right & cross right over left)

19 & 20Left scissor step (rock left & cross left over right)

21 – 22Step back right while making a ¼ turn left; Kick left foot forward

23 & 24Left coaster step
