Section II: Step, touch X4, with full turn
9-10Step right, touch left beside
11-12Step left, turning ½ to left, touch right beside
13-14Step right, turning ½ to left, touch left beside

***Touches should be more like quick scuffs in order to make turns
** For non-turners, just do side, touch, then back touch x3
Section III: R&L Forward Locks
17-18Step fwd on right, lock left behind right
19-20Step fwd on right, scuff left fwd
21-22Step fwd on left, lock right behind left
23-24Step fwd on left, scuff right fwd
Section IV: Pivot 1/4, Cross, Hold, Vine 3, Touch
25-26Step fwd on right, pivoting ¼ to left, recover to left
27-28Cross right over left, hold
29-30Step left to side, step right behind left
31-32Step left to side, touch right beside left.
