1-2Touch R toe slightly forward, roll hip from R to L keeping weight on L

3-4Repeat 1-2 but at the end of the roll, turn your body ¼ to the right ( weight remains on L) (9:00)

7&8Rock forward on L(7), recover weight on R(&), step back on L(8)

7&8With weight still on R turn ¼ to left and step L behind R, step R to side, step L to side (6:00)
