1-2Make ¼ turn right stepping forward on right foot, make ¼ turn right stepping left foot to left side

3-4Rock back on right foot, recover weight forward on to left foot

Optional: make ¼ turn right as you rock back on to right foot, then ¼ turn left as you rock forward on to left foot

5-6Make ¼ turn left stepping back on to right foot, make ¼ turn left stepping left foot to left side

7&Cross rock right over left, recover weight back on to left foot

8Make ¼ turn right stepping forward on to right foot

WALK LEFT, WALK RIGHT, SIDE ROCK, RECOVER, CROSS, SIDE ROCK, RECOVER, SAILOR ¼ TURN

9-10Walk forward left, walk forward right

11&12Rock left foot to left side, recover weight to right foot, cross left over right

13-14Rock right foot to right side swaying hips right, recover weight to left foot swaying hips left

15&16Cross right behind left, make ¼ turn right stepping left foot to left side, step right foot in place

STEP, ½ PIVOT, SHUFFLE ½ TURN, ¼ TURN, TOUCH, ¼ TURN, ¾ RONDE SWEEP TURN

17-18Step forward on left foot, pivot ½ turn right (weight on right)

19&20Shuffle ½ turn right, stepping left right left

21-22Make ¼ turn right stepping right foot to right side, touch left beside right

23-24Make ¼ turn left stepping forward on to left foot, sweep right foot ¾ turn to left (touch right beside left)

CROSS ROCK, RECOVER, SIDE SHUFFLE, CROSS ROCK, RECOVER, SLIDE LEFT, TOUCH

25-26Cross rock right over left, recover weight to left foot

27&28Step right foot to right side, close left beside right, step right foot to right side

29-30Cross rock left over right, recover weight to right foot

31-32Take a long step left on left foot, drag right foot next to left ending with a touch
