7&8sailor step with 1/4 turn L

#3. Switches X3, flick back, touch, shuffle fwd, Side Rock 1/4, recover
1&2&RF touch the the R, together, LF touch to the L, together

3&4RF touch to the R, RF kick behind L knee, RF touch to the R

5&6RF shuffle fwd

7-8LF Side Rock with 1/4 turn to the R, recover
