(LADY) SIDE, SLIDE, ROCK STEP BACK; FULL TURN FORWARD, STEP FORWARD, HOLD

1-2(Large) step right to right side, slide left towards right, (no weight)
3-4Rock left back, recover weight onto right
Let go left hand, raise right hand
5-6MAN: Step left forward, lock right behind left
 LADY: Make ½ turn right step left back, make ½ turn right step right forward, (LOD)
Rejoin left hand, right side by side
7-8Step left forward, hold
Easier option for lady:
5-6Step left forward, lock right behind left

ROCK STEP FORWARD, STEP BACK, HOLD; ROCK STEP BACK, STEP FORWARD, HOLD
1-4Rock right forward, recover weight onto left, step right back, hold
5-8Rock left back, recover weight onto right, step left forward, hold

STEP, LOCK, STEP, HOLD, STEP, ½ TURN RIGHT, ROCK STEP BACK
1-4Step right forward, lock left behind right, step right forward, hold
5-6Step forward on ball of left, make with weight on ball of left ½ turn right drop left heel, (RLOD)
Left side by side
7-8Rock right back, recover weight onto left
