10Left - slide together (end in a touch)

&Left - land on (ball of) foot, while slightly lifting right foot off floor

13Left - turning ¼ turn left, step forward
14Left - pivot on (ball of) foot another ¼ turn left, stepping right foot slightly out to side
15Right - using left foot for momentum by swinging foot around, pivot on (ball of) foot ½ turn left letting left foot land slightly out to side
16Right - turning ¼ turn left, touch together (turning body 1/8 turn to left side)
