[9-16] STEP LEFT TO LEFT, PIVOT ½ TURN RIGHT & TAP RIGHT FOOT BESIDE LEFT, RIGHT FORWARD LOCK STEP X2
9,10Step left foot to left side, pivot ½ turn right & tap right toe beside left
11&12Step forward onto right foot, lock left foot behind right, step forward onto right

[25-32] KICK & POINT X 2, ¼ MONTEREY TURN RIGHT
25&26Kick left foot forward, replace beside right & point right toe to right side
27&28Kick right foot forward, replace beside left & point left toe to left side
&29,30,31,32 Place left foot beside right & shift weight onto left (on &), point right toe to right side, pivot ¼ turn right placing right foot beside left, point left toe to left side, step left beside right.
