1&2Rock weight forward onto the right foot, recover the weight onto the left foot, step right foot beside left
3&4Rock weight out onto left foot, recover the weight onto the right, step left foot beside right
5&6Step right foot back, step left foot beside right, step right foot forward
7-8Touch left toe behind right, unwind a full turn over left shoulder

CROSS ROCK, RECOVER, SIDE, CROSS ROCK, RECOVER, SIDE WITH RIGHT KNEE POP, BUMPS
1-2Cross rock right foot over left, recover the weight onto the left foot
3-4Step right foot to right side, cross rock left foot over right
5-6Recover the weight onto the right, step left foot to left side pop right knee
7-8Bump hips to the right, bump hips to the left

SAILOR ¼ LEFT, COASTER STEP, ROCK, RECOVER, ¼ TURN RIGHT, CROSS, ¼ SWEEP LEFT

1&2Rock weight back onto the left foot, recover the weight onto the right foot, step left foot to left side
