OUT OUT, CLAP, TWIST, TWIST with 1/4 TURN
&5,6,7,8Step R out to right side, Step L out to left side, (shoulder width apart), Clap, Twist heels to the left, Twist heels to the right and make a ¼ turn to the left ending with weight on L
