JUMPING JACKS, UNWIND ½ TURN LEFT, KNEE BEND ON RIGHT, RECOVER, TRANSFER WEIGHT TO LEFT AND HOLD

&1Jump feet apart, landing - right, left

&2Returning to a crosses position, landing - left, right

3-4Unwind ½ turn left, weight on right

5-6Bend right knee, straighten right knee (left foot point diagonally forward)

7-8Transfer weight onto left and hold
