9-11Step right foot to the side, step left foot behind right foot, step right foot to the side
12Touch left toe behind right foot and tip hat (looking to the right)
13-15Step left foot to the side, step right foot behind left foot, step left foot to the side
16Touch right toe behind left foot and tip hat (looking to the left)

SHUFFLE FORWARD RIGHT, SHUFFLE FORWARD LEFT
17&18Step right foot forward, bring left foot up behind right foot, step right foot forward
19&20Step left foot forward, bring right foot up behind left foot, step left foot forward

HEEL TAPS
21-24Touch right heel forward, touch right heel to the side, touch right heel forward, bring right foot back beside left foot (take the weight on the right foot)
25-28Touch left heel forward, touch left heel to the side, touch left heel forward, bring left foot back beside right foot (take the weight on the left foot)
29-31Touch right heel forward, touch right heel to the side, touch right heel forward
32Hitch right knee and turn ¼ turn to the right by hopping on left foot
