1&2Rock to right on right foot, recover weight to left foot, cross right foot over left
3&4Progressing forward, rock to left on left foot, recover weight to right foot, cross left foot over right
5&6Progressing forward, rock to right on right foot, recover weight to left foot, cross right foot over left
7&8Progressing forward, rock to left on left foot, recover weight to right foot, cross left foot over right

BACK CROSS BACK (2X)/SAILOR ¼ TURN, KICK BALL SWAY
1&2Step back on right foot, cross left foot over right, step back on right foot
3&4Step back on left foot, cross right foot over left, step back on left foot
5&6Swing right foot in semi-circle until behind left foot while turning ¼ turn clockwise and step on right foot, step left foot in place, step right foot in place
7&8Kick left foot forward, step on ball of left foot, switch weight to right foot while swaying to the right

SIDE SHUFFLE, ROCK, RECOVER/STEP CROSS (2X)
1&2Step left foot to left side, step right foot next to left, step left foot to left side
3-4Rock back on right foot, recover weight to left foot
5-6Step right foot to right side, cross left foot over right
7-8Step right foot to right side, cross left foot over right

STEP ½ TURN, SHUFFLE (2X)
1-2Step forward on right foot, pivot ½ turn counterclockwise stepping onto left foot
3&4Shuffle forward RLR
5-6Step forward on left foot, pivot ½ turn clockwise stepping onto right foot
7&8Shuffle forward LRL
