17&18&Cross right over left, step left to left side, touch the right heel out on a diagonal forward, step right next to left

19&20&Cross left over right, step right to right side, touch left heel out on a diagonal forward, step left next to right

21&22Touch the right foot out to the side, with weight on the left, pivot ½ turn to the right bringing the right foot to step beside the left

23&24Step back on the left foot, step the right beside the left, step forward on the left
