13-14Cross right over left, step left to left, making ½ turn right (facing 9:00)
15&16Step right to right, step left beside right, step right to right
CROSS, SIDE, COASTER STEP KICK, OUT OUT, SWIVEL HEELS & TOES
17-18Cross left over right, step right to right
19&20Step back on left, step right beside left, step forward left
21&22Kick right foot forward, step right to right and left to left
23-24Swivel both heels towards center, swivel toes to center
