1-2Rock right foot forward, recover weight back on left

3&4Turn ¾ right, stepping right, left, right (12:00)

5-6Touch left heel forward, hook the left foot

7&8Step forward left, place right next to left, step forward left

Section 3: Heel, Hook, Shuffle, Forward Rock, Shuffle
1-2Touch right heel forward, hook the right foot

3&4Step forward right, place left next to right, step forward right

5-6Rock left foot forward, recover weight back on right

7&8Step back left, place right next to left, step back left

Section 4: Forward Rock, Shuffle, Toe, ¼ Turn Left, Heel, Step, Tap, Kick & Point
1-2Rock right foot forward, recover weight back on left

5&6Turn left toe in towards right foot and touch, Turn ¼ left placing left heel on floor on the ‘&” beat, lift heel and place left foot on floor,

&7&8right toe taps behind on the second & beat, kick right foot forward, place centre, point left to left side

Section 5: Kick & Point, Sailor Step x 2, Back Rock
1&2Kick left foot forward, place centre, point right to right side

3&4Step right behind left, rock onto left to the left side, recover weight onto right

5&6Step left behind right, rock onto right to the right side, recover weight onto left

7-8Rock back on the right foot recover onto left
