Looking at the step sheet this dance may seem harder than it really is. The Monterey turn is unusual in a waltz but it's easy and feels nice to do.

I wrote the dance in response to a request for an easier dance to this lovely song, because many people can't handle the harder dance by Michael Vera Lobos called Champagne On Ice This dance is called Champagne, No Ice!
